“We love our new terrace. Robert Manning creatively solved every single challenge he faced when we asked him to transform a boring empty space into a welcoming terrace. There were multiple constraints with a complex slope, nearby wetlands, and an existing stone wall. He helped us find the perfect paving stones, along with granite steps, border stones, and stepping-stones. He sculpted the terrace around the wall. He even located a large rock and installed it adjacent to the steps. The boulder looks like it has always been there.”

“I was very fortunate that you were the one that repaired my blue stone patio. You were very professional with your approach.  My patio was breaking down.  From your first visit you knew what was wrong and had a plan to bring it back, replace the cracked tiles, reset the tiles that were uneven and replace the grout.  However, a substandard base for a section of my patio was a bigger problem.  You replaced the base according to the industry standard for depth and material. The base is solid.

Now, when friends and family visit, they notice your craftsmanship.  The before and after are striking.   It looks like a new patio.  I will enjoy its beauty for many years.”
